We are excited to announce one of our most requested features: Custom Services. You can now define exactly what services you offer, group them into categories, and choose which ones appear on your public booking page.
What You Can Do
- Add your own services — Create services with a name, description, duration, and price. Whether you offer a 30-minute consultation or a 2-hour deep-clean, you are in full control.
- Organize with categories — Group related services together so your clients can quickly find what they need. Categories keep your booking page tidy and easy to navigate.
- Control visibility — Choose which services appear on your public booking page and which stay internal. Hide services you are not currently offering without deleting them.
- Set availability per service — Define specific time slots or staff members for individual services, so bookings are always routed correctly.
Why It Matters
A generic booking page does not represent your business. With Custom Services, your clients see exactly what you offer — no guesswork, no back-and-forth messages asking what is available. A well-organized booking page builds trust and reduces no-shows.
How to Get Started
Log in to your ScheduleOwl dashboard, navigate to Services in the sidebar, and hit Add Service. From there you can fill in the details, assign a category, set your duration and price, and toggle it live on your booking page instantly.
