Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the ScheduleOwl or ScheduleLawn services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who May Use the Service
The Service is offered only to users located in the United States. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to register and use the Service.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity originating from your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Responsibilities
Users (including home service workers and their staff) are solely responsible for the accuracy of any appointment, address, schedule, quote, invoice, or other information entered into the Service. You acknowledge that you must verify appointments, client identity, locations, access instructions, and any other job-critical details yourself.
5. Features
The Service includes scheduling, calendar sync, messaging, job tracking, location tracking (GPS), invoice and quote generation, storage of client data including addresses and photos, device logs, and an AI assistant feature that may provide recommendations or content generation (“AI Assistant”).
6. Payments & Subscriptions
The Service charges users for access to ScheduleOwl features (subscription fees). The Service does not process payments between users and their customers for services rendered. Payment processing for subscriptions may be handled by third-party processors; by subscribing you agree to their terms. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in any separate refund policy.
7. Location Data & Sensitive Data
The Service may collect GPS/location data and photos containing client locations and property. You must comply with applicable laws regarding collection of location data, and you must have all necessary consents when collecting data about third parties (for example, customers at job sites).
8. AI Assistant
The AI Assistant may process content you provide to generate text, suggestions, or analyses. The AI Assistant can make mistakes, omit critical facts, or produce outputs that should not be relied upon without independent verification. You agree that you will not rely solely on AI outputs for critical decisions (safety, legal, financial, etc.).
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties (for hosting, analytics, email, etc.), including Microsoft cloud services and other third-party providers. Use of those third-party services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies.
10. Prohibited Uses
Do not use the Service for unlawful activities, doxxing, stalking, distributing malware, or collecting personal information without necessary consents. We may suspend or terminate accounts for prohibited conduct.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for breach of these Terms or for any reason. You may cancel your subscription and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy for deletion procedures).
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” AzureBricks LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZUREBRICKS LLC (AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS RESULTING FROM MISSED APPOINTMENTS, FINANCIAL LOSSES, JOB DISPUTES, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT WILL AZUREBRICKS LLC’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU TO AZUREBRICKS LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. This cap applies even if remedies fail of their essential purpose.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AzureBricks LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or the rights of any third party.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You and AzureBricks LLC submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Texas for any disputes arising from these Terms.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes and post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy
1. Scope & Applicability
This Privacy Policy explains how AzureBricks LLC (“we,” “us,” or “ScheduleOwl”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use ScheduleOwl or ScheduleLawn services (the “Service”). The Service is available only to users in the United States.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account & Contact Data: name, email, phone, business name, and account credentials.
- Customer & Job Data: client names, addresses, appointment notes, invoices, quotes, and photos you upload related to jobs.
- Location Data: GPS/location information (when you enable location features) to support routing and job tracking.
- Device & Usage Data: device identifiers, logs, IP addresses, crash data, and analytics regarding how you use the Service.
- Payment & Billing Data: payment method details for subscription billing (may be collected or stored by third-party payment processors).
- AI Interaction Data: content and prompts you submit to the AI Assistant and the Assistant’s generated outputs.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to:
- Provide and maintain the Service;
- Process subscription payments and communicate billing information;
- Enable scheduling, messaging, calendar sync, quotes, invoices, location-based features, and the AI Assistant;
- Improve the Service through analytics and product research;
- Provide customer support and safety/security monitoring; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing & Sale of Data
We share data with:
- Service providers: cloud hosting (e.g., Microsoft services), analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics or similar), email delivery, and other vendors that process data on our behalf;
- Business partners: integrations you enable; for example, calendar providers;
- Marketing & analytics: we may share or sell aggregated or personal data to third parties for analytics and advertising purposes;
- Legal requests: where required by law or to respond to legal processes or threats to public safety;
- Acquisitions: in the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
By using the Service you acknowledge and consent to such sharing and/or sale of data as described above.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We and our partners use cookies, local storage, mobile identifiers, and similar technologies to provide functionality and to measure and improve the Service. We use analytics tools to understand usage patterns. You may manage cookie preferences via your device or browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect functionality.
6. AI Assistant & Data
Content you submit to the AI Assistant may be processed by the Assistant and stored for the purposes described above (service improvement, analytics, training, etc.). Avoid submitting sensitive personal data to the AI Assistant unless you have the right to do so and appropriate consents from data subjects. We may use AI-processed data to improve models and Service features.
7. Data Storage & Security
We store data on third-party servers (including Microsoft cloud services) and other service providers in the United States. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data. HOWEVER, NO SYSTEM IS PERFECT OR IMPENETRABLE. AZUREBRICKS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT PERSONAL DATA WILL BE COMPLETELY SECURE. BY USING THE SERVICE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DATA MAY BE ACCESSIBLE TO THIRD PARTIES THROUGH BREACHES OR OTHER FAILURES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Access & Correction: You may access and correct your account information by logging into your account.
Account Deletion: You may request account deletion. To request deletion contact
. We will remove your personal data from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal retention obligations.
Opt-Out of Sale: Where applicable, you may opt out of the sale of your personal data by contacting support. Because the Service is US-only, specific state privacy rights (e.g., CCPA-style controls) may apply depending on your state.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide the Service, complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. After account deletion we may retain anonymized or aggregated information.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal data of a child under 16 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
11. International Transfers
The Service is US-only and data is stored and processed in the United States. If you are using the Service from outside the United States, you consent to transfer of your data to the United States.
