Communication Updates
- SMS reminders — Clients can now receive text message reminders in addition to email. Configurable globally or per client.
- Message history — View a log of all automated and manual communications sent to a client directly from their profile.
- Send updates from appointment — Message a client directly from an appointment record without leaving the scheduler.
- Custom reminder text — Edit the default reminder message to match your brand voice.
Client Manager Updates
- Added preferred contact method field to client profiles.
- Client list now shows last appointment date and next upcoming appointment at a glance.
