AI Scheduling Assistant
- Conversational scheduling — Type naturally: "Schedule a 2-hour job for Sarah on Thursday afternoon" and the assistant handles it.
- Conflict detection — The assistant flags overlapping appointments and suggests alternatives before you confirm.
- Smart gap filling — Ask the assistant to find the best open slot for a new job based on location and your existing schedule.
- Daily briefing — Open the app to an AI-generated summary of your day, including drive times and job notes pulled from the client record.
Known Limitations
